Peter Elwelu to Sabiiti Muzeei: Ignore those Calling you De Facto IGP
Maj Gen Elwelu Praises Sabiiti Muzeei for Hunting Down Kitata
Elwelu came to the limelight in 2016 when he commanded the burning of Rwenzururu Kingdom palace.
Then a brigadier and commander of land forces, three-decade president Yoweri Museveni promoted Elwelu to major general.
Museveni would also elevate Elwelu from second division commander based in Mbarara to commander of land forces.
Elwelu is now praising freshly appointed deputy Inspector General of Police Brig Sabiiti Muzeei.
Prior to his appointment, Muzeei was commander of the military police.
But he handed over office today.
It was at this handover ceremony that Elwelu praised Muzeei.

PETER ELWELU PRAISES SABIITI MUZEEI
“Thank you for handling hooligans like Kitata who made the city chaotic,” Elwelu praised Muzeei. “Thank you for defeating hooliganism.”
Elwelu added: “Kampala is the face of the country and should be for everyone to enjoy. We thank you for the good service and working with police.
“No wonder you are now going to police.”
ELWELU TELLS SABIITI MUZEEI TO IGNORE THOSE WHO FLATTER HIM
Since Muzeei’s appointment as deputy IGP, some pundits have termed him the defacto IGP.
“They will flatter you as the de facto IGP but that is not true,” Elwelu told Muzeei.
“You are the Deputy IGP. Do your work as Deputy IGP.”
