IGP Okoth Ochola Refuses to Speak to Journalists after Vetting
IGP Okoth Ochola to Reporters: Find me in My Office
Ochola, his deputy Brig Sabiiti Muzeei, and incoming security minister Elly Tumwine, appeared before parliament’s appointments committee for vetting on Wednesday.
Three-decade president Yoweri Museveni appointed the trio at the weekend, sacking Gen Kale Kayihura and Lt Gen Henry Tumukunde.
After the vetting, Tumwine told reporters of his plan to unite security agencies.

But Ochola and Muzeei declined to answer reporters’ questions.

Naguru in Kampala is where Uganda Police headquarters is located.
