Besigye Calls for End to Museveni's War-Like Elections
Besigye was responding to the heavy security deployment, and arrests of opposition leaders in Thursday’s by-election in Jinja East.

On Tuesday, three-decade president Yoweri Museveni told voters to elect sleeping or sick NRM candidates instead of active opposition candidates.
Besigye and Museveni has faced off in four presidential elections, spanning close to two decades.
