Bodies of Fallen Ugandan Soldiers Returned Home
The bodies of UPDF soldiers killed in Somalia in an al-shabaab attack on Amisom base on Easter Sunday, have arrived home.
It was grief as families of the fallen soldiers waited for the bodies of their loved ones.
The fallen soldiers’ bodies arrived at Entebbe International Airport at about 1pm local time.
Whereas President Museveni put the figure of the killed UPDF soldiers at eight, the army had earlier claimed only four had died.
And four bodies were flown in on Tuesday.

Yet al-shabaab put the figure to as high as 59.
Earlier, Museveni mourned the fallen soldiers.
UPDF has been in Somalia for over a decade.
